Introduction

The aim of this module is to gain a better understanding of the specific role we aim to work in upon leaving university and applying this knowledge to creating a professional portfolio and show reel to showcase my best work. 

Personally after leaving university I would love my career path to be a Character artist, so with this in mind I will be focusing mainly on character artists portfolios as well as techniques, new technologies and related industries that support this career choice. 

This blog will aid me in demonstrating my rationale for this career choice, the issues I face in becoming a character artist, the requirements needed for this field of work as well as anything and everything in between on the way to creating my own portfolio and show reel as mentioned above.
